How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your TCG Sherpa account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Self-service (recommended)
- Go to the TCG Sherpa Dashboard
- Sign in to your account
- Navigate to the Account tab
- Scroll down to the "Close Account" section
- Click "Delete Account" and confirm the action
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2: Email request
If you are unable to access your account, you can request account deletion by emailing info@tcgsherpa.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information: Your email address and authentication credentials
- Wishlist data: All saved products, prices, and images
- Price alerts: All active and historical price drop alerts
- Stock alerts: All active and historical back-in-stock alerts
- Alert history: Records of all triggered notifications
- Preferences: Email, SMS, and notification settings
- Subscription data: Any subscription or payment records
Data retention
Once deleted, your data is immediately and permanently removed from our database. We do not retain copies of deleted account data. Local data stored in your browser by the Chrome extension is not affected by account deletion — you can clear that by uninstalling the extension.
