Welcome to TCG Sherpa. By using our Chrome extension, website, and services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TCG Sherpa is a Chrome extension and related web services that help you track TCGPlayer product prices, maintain wishlists, and receive email and SMS notifications when prices drop or items come back in stock. We are not affiliated with TCGPlayer. Product data and availability are sourced from TCGPlayer and may change without notice.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or enabling notifications (including phone number for SMS).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party services; (c) abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or our infrastructure; (d) scrape or automate access to the Service in ways not intended by us; or (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription tiers (e.g., Basic, Premium) are billed in accordance with the plan you select. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we may agree in writing. We may change subscription prices or features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Notifications (Email and SMS)

By enabling email or SMS notifications, you consent to receive messages from us about your alerts and account. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to our messages or by disabling SMS in your account settings. Our use of your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that price or stock data will be accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not responsible for TCGPlayer’s site, policies, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any purchasing or selling decisions you make based on information from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Sherpa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
